Mr. Edwards has worked at PWC, GE Capital, and Morgan Stanley in a variety of roles including Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Mergers, Acquisition, and Investment Advisory.

Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a technical certification in programming, machine learning, blockchain and smart contracts from the Fu School of Engineering at Columbia University.
