Shawn Johnson holds the position of Partner at Conex Inc, an advisory and consulting firm based in Greater New York City. He holds experience in financial structuring, capital markets, and regulation. Shawn’s role within Conex extends to advisory roles in commodities trade and engagement between private corporations and government entities. Prior to joining Conex Inc, Shawn served as an Associate at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, a securities regulator. 

In this role, he conducted liquidity stress testing for investment banks and broker-dealers in the securities sector. He specializes in advising companies on business structure and optimizing their engagement with capital markets. A graduate of the University at Albany, State University of New York, Shawn holds a degree in economics and public policy.
