Mr. Tomisin Olawale is a Bachelor of Science graduate from the renowned Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, with a complete concentration in integrated science, where his research adventure examines computational approaches used in protein interaction analysis in yeast. Since 2014, he has been a remarkable figure in supporting the mission of global institutions such as Johnson & Johnson, where he led the audits of post-manufacturing of several products and ticked all the necessary health check buttons. He worked as a dynamic and enthusiastic leader of his team, where he implemented solutions to systemic issues identified during inspections or audits. He has been able to integrate the same energetic qualities and high moral rectitude of operations into his current role as the Special Personal Assistant (SPA) to His Majesty (H.M), Ooni of Ife. Part of his determination is to facilitate and attract new investment and social impact funding opportunities to Ile-Ife and Nigeria from capital investors, multinational and global institutions that are aspiring to invest in infrastructural development, agriculture, fashion, creative culture, the financial industry, and early-stage enterprises that align with the mission of His Majesty (H.M). 

Tomisin works directly with His Majesty, Ooni of Ife, where he directs strategic activities and plans as instructed by His Majesty. His passion for research and analytic insights have been deployed into some of the youth-led initiatives of the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Ife. He provides quality operational processes and advances the vision of an inclusive mission of young people in governance and leadership in Nigeria, as well as creating an economic enabling environment for many young businesses that seek the intervention of His Majesty. Tommy, or Mr. Fix it, as he is fondly called by many, loves to navigate, and lead business evolution through uncharted territory by offering his dynamic knowledge expertise, well-proven skillsets, and calculated risks into investment. 

His idealistic approach is to create a new Africa by harnessing the unquenchable spirit of its youths across multiple spectrums. Chiefly, he is keen to propagate the mission of tradition in modernity, which examines the depth of richness of the past of Africa and the bold aspirations of shaping its future by fostering a continent with shared prosperity, seeks an inclusive and equitable economic growth culture for all citizens, and advances 21st century Africa’s innovation mechanism as the crest of its global competitiveness.
